Exactly one year on here we go again, 3 stages for an assault weapon.

So-so gear set and 14* SM's.

Lets see where it goes...

Looks like GL has got the timer wrong, at this rate level 8 will open as the round ends

Good catch. I did find the timing odd. Knowing GL, maybe they will open the last 3 chapters on the final day! Yikes.

Hi, regarding to this, our team is aware of the issue. It's indeed a bug. However, since everything is set up, we couldn't fix the timer of this 3 stage event when it goes live

So what GL is saying is "that nobody can finish the 1st Event and any boosts or deputies you have used are down the drain" what a great Christmas Present. Orrrr, will everybody automatically get the 'Gingerbread Grinder' and keep any parts to progress to the next level?

Merry Christmas, yet again, complete lack of concern again and yet again no one even paying attention, they're all so convinced they know what they're doing...

Hadn't noticed but something was nagging me that it wasn't quite right.

Even with FOMO I won't be concerning myself too much this time around, it's supposed to be a time of 'cheer' something which again GameLoft won't be supplying.

All stages open now, going to be tight and I don't really feel it's worth it.

Edit: Also getting constant reconnects, typical, so loosing progress all the time.

Also, look at the calendar under "Future Events" post. It appears that the timing of all the stages might be compromised. How does GL expect players to earn enough weapon parts under a compressed timeline? Are they even concerned?

Discord is having a tizzy fit about reconnects and lack of progress...no response from GL.

The only way I found to get around it is to close and restart the game after every sign of progress. Every video, every SP-ops, every mission, etc. That way whatever progress was made is saved. Even then, there have been a couple of reconnects mid event but at least very little progress is lost. The game is nearly unplayable. And closing/restarting takes forever.

Well finished but it cost a shedload of packs to do so in the time allowed.

Too much to hope GameLoft will compensate...

Stage 2, slightly better weapon but not ground-breaking.

Hmmm...the "Conduit" feature doesn't seem to be working in my Stage 2 game.

Still working, you just have to have the correct gear affinity to the weapon.

Yeh, seems a bit flaky...

Thanks...that fixed it. Not sure I had seen that before in events. But I had just changed my avatar so maybe it is normal.

Stage 3, not sure about the attributes updates, just have to wait and see again.
