Log in fails today despite multiple attempts. Discord is ablaze with complaints. Totally justified.

Frustration shared. Perhaps it is the "transfer of servers" that is causing it. It is supposed to be completed by Sept 1 so maybe tomorrow things will return to normal. Or not.

But why do it in the middle of 3 stage event, and over a UK bank holiday weekend, so ridiculous you couldn't make it up!

GL must be having big problems with their maintenance results. Ads are a source of money and we all know what money-grubbers they are. The entire staff is likely working on a way to get the funds flowing again.

At least there is an explanation re: video ads.

Hey Snipers!
Regarding the “No ad videos available” message in Free Resources, we’d like to clarify that this is intended.
We have recently ended our partnership with the current Ads Provider, which means video ads are currently unavailable at the moment.
We are targeting to have video ads available again in the next update, scheduled for early October.

Strange, as they used to have their own ads promoting GL Games in the past. Just another way to make players use/buy resources.

Possibly the ad provider ended the agreement rather than the other way around...

Wow, you will be missed. And with Decker out it will be lonely around here.
Hope SF is still around when you check back. GL having trouble finding advertisers is not a good sign. Not sure if the money from players in SF is enough to turn a profit. GL will let this ship sink if the income is not enough.
