Glad I didn't bother wasting rubies on this one, the exotic events are just getting worse.

I have to agree, as it's about as much use as tits on a bull.
Looks all OK in the Event but fails BIG/HUGE TIME in Real Life PVP which the the weapon is designed for.
Yet another GL FAIL.
It appears that they are now intentionallyly increasing Base Defence Boosts to ensure players spend 'Real Money' to advance.
